Ash Wednesday: We begin the forty days of Lent on
Ash Wednesday: We begin the forty days of Lent on Wednesday 5th March. Our regular 10am service will include Holy Communion and the imposition of ashes; an ancient symbol of penitence, reminding us that 'we are from dust, and to dust we shall return' (Genesis 3.19). The service will include music with choir and organ. Please make a special effort to attend on Ash Wednesday if you can!
